What is included in the price?
The above prices are for “print only” and exclude framing, matting, postage and handling, and insurance. As individual preferences vary so much, we prefer not to offer matting or framing but instead recommend that you choose a frame at a good frame shop. Australian GST will be added for Australian residents.
Delivery
Prints are made to order. We will endeavour to have the prints sent to you within one week of ordering unless the photographers are travelling. This could take up to two weeks.
Other options
Other sizes are available on request. Please drop us a line to enquire and we will get back to you as soon as possible. All prints are printed on high quality gloss or semi-gloss photographic paper.
Guarantee
We are very confident that you will be very pleased with your print and are happy to offer the following guarantees:
We print and individually inspect each print before shipment. We take all the necessary precautions so that your photograph is not damaged during shipping. Should a print become damaged during transit, we will replace it at no charge.
Our high quality prints are printed on special photographic paper with state-of-the-art printers and are expected not to show any fading in normal display conditions during your lifetime. We are so confident of our materials and techniques that we will replace at no cost any prints which have faded during the lifetime of the original owner.
The same guarantee applies to prints which have been mounted and laminated by our company.
About the prints
Prints can be signed digitally in the bottom right hand corner. Personalized inscriptions are also available.
Due to variance in operating systems and screen differences, and sometimes more elaborate image preparation done prior to printing, there might be some colour and lightness variations between the image you see on the website and the actual print.
Limited Editions
Unless stated, all of the prints are open edition. A limited edition is a series of prints issued in a fixed number, in which each print is numbered. Should you require one full edition (50 prints), please contact us directly through the contact page.
Photographic Exhibitons
A collection of selected prints is available for exhibitions. This is a great way to fundraise and promote Italian culture within the community. Should you require further information about this option, please contact us directly through our contact page.
